The Craft Connection
The Craft Connection is a community newsletter produced by Masonic Goodies to help strengthen communication, fellowship, and shared learning among Brethren across Southern Africa and beyond.
Across many Districts and Lodges there is a wealth of activity, knowledge, and personal stories that rarely travel far beyond the Lodge room. The Craft Connection was created to help bridge that gap by providing a space where Brethren can share experiences, celebrate achievements, and stay connected with the wider Masonic community.

Our aim is simple:
To connect the Craft across Lodges, Districts, and Constitutions.
Receive each new edition of The Craft Connection when it is released.
The newsletter features a blend of Masonic content, community news, educational material, and light-hearted entertainment, creating a publication that informs, inspires, and strengthens the bonds of Brotherly Love.
What You’ll Find in The Craft Connection

Reports from Lodges, Districts, and Masonic organisations sharing events, milestones, and activities taking place across the region.
Masonic Education
Short articles exploring history, symbolism, traditions, and reflections on Masonic life.
Member Contributions
Articles written by Brethren sharing personal insights, experiences, research, or reflections.
Puzzles & Leisure
A lighter section including crosswords, chess puzzles, and other thoughtful challenges for the mind.
Announcements & Notices
Upcoming events, initiatives, and opportunities relevant to the Masonic community.
“Introducing…” – Our Brethren
“Introducing…” is a regular section where Brethren share a short profile about themselves and their Masonic journey.
This helps Brethren across different Lodges and Districts become more familiar with one another and strengthens the wider Masonic network.
If you would like to be featured, simply complete the short form below (you can also forward the same request to a Brother you know).
The form allows you to provide a short introduction, your Lodge details, and and various questions that you can elect to respond to, it only takes a few minutes to complete.
Submissions will be reviewed before publication.
